Job description:
As a Test Development Engineer in the System Power Management Group you are responsible for the test development efforts of new products from inception through transfer to manufacturing. In a cross-functional product development team environment, you are the key contributor for the development of hardware and software; first silicon debug and characterization; test program flow, methodology and fault coverage optimization; test support for the qualification of new products prior to releasing them to production.
The documentation and the optimization of the test tools for the transfer to production are also part of the duties of the test engineer.

Responsibility:
1.Enhance test capability to support new product development.
2.Develop test program and hardware to support new product development.
3.Support new product transferring from R&D to production.
4.New test technology development and tester evaluation for high productivity and cost reduction.
5.Working closed with product design group on new product testing and characterization.

Requirements: 
1.BSEE / MSEE in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
2.Knowledgeable in IC tester ( Credence, Eagle and other ATE systems )
3.Basic understanding of Analog building blocks. Expert in C++ programming or equivalent software language.
4.Prior experience of working in IC testing and test program development.
5.Able to understand, debug, modify and improve test program.
6.Knowledge of Credence ASL1000/3000 or Eagle Test System is a plus
7.Experience related to testing of PWM, Boost Converters, Charge Pumps, Linear Regulators, Battery Chargers, LED drivers a strong plus
8.Good communication in English
