The Roles
The Sales Manager builds capability in all sales processes via best practice tools transfer. Together with related partner defines business development strategy and defines channel specific tactics
Accountabilities
Assist in development annual of planning and strategic plans to ensure total alignment between Marketing and Sales initiatives Development of channel plans with internal and external partner across business areas Support the frontline in the development of effective pricing architecture/Merchandising standards/ Sales execution standards/ Power of One Programs Definition and development of markets strategic priorities Build efficient relationship with client to handle Power of One Strategy Lead in development and transfer of Best Practice sales tools (eg. Pricing Architecture) across markets. Clarify roles, set goals and performance standards, and coach the organization to lead team continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications At least Bachelor Degree and over 5 years sales experience with international companies with evidenced tracked record of achievements Experience in an operating environment (sales assignment) Language skills and multicultural exposure Developed and executed a strategic sales plan at national level Negotiation, trainer and facilitation skills Understands channel/trade P&L
