Responsibilities:
The HR Manager provides generalist support to all Units, ensuring the effective implementation and sustainment of corporation, and local Human Resources policies, processes and practices. Support management in attaining a positive and productive work environment that allows company growth. The HR Manager must act consistent with corporate values.
Define channels, control and carry out communication policies to establish a proper flow of information at all levels of the organization
Design, implement C&B programs that meet business unit needs and are aligned with and in compliance with legal corporate standards
Implement salary policy ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
On-time and accurate personnel administration to meet employee needs, requirements, legal compliance and safety regulations
People hired, on-boarded, paid, given feedback and developed in a timely fashion
Ensure effective labor relations by implementing a strategy to grow the business without unreasonable constraints
Be an advocate for corporate values ensuring that all team members are treated fairly and respected
Facilitates a positive, productive and safe work environment at the front line...an exciting and rewarding place to work
Support the team members with the implementation and sustainment of the new organization in the Market Unit
Coach others to execute the implementation and sustainment of the new HR tools in the Market Unit
Develops the MU manpower planning, staffing and training & development plans
Qualifications:
At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
At least 5 years experience with an international companies with evidenced tracked record of achievements
Strong in inter-personality and leadership skills.
Well versed in PRC Labor Law.
A self-motivated, independent, result-oriented attitude. Should be adaptable to changing environments with a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
