Our client is a wholly owned by the parent company, mainly focus on supplying and servicing the hospitality, food, medical and industrial chemical market. They have been providing quality cleaning products, professional services and hygiene solution for over 50 years.
Our client committee to speed up in China market development is looking for an experienced general manager to take charge of this business.
The Position - General Manager – China
Reporting to Chief Executive of global
Location: Shanghai
Key Responsibility for all aspect of the business including:
Budget / Business plan
Profit and loss reporting
Business performance
Staff
Regulatory / Statutory requirements
Occupation health and safety
Compliance with company policies
Full responsibility for profit
The Person:
Qualification & Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience with specially cleaning products aligned with institutional / hospitality / food and health care industrial
A formal qualification in chemistry or a related science discipline will be highly regarded. But those extrusive industry experiences should not be discouraged from applying
Must have proven experience in managing business and a work record in sales achievement at the management level
Must be capable of operating independently in chemical and have a can do attitude
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
