The Role
To lead and manage sales team in Market Unit, within company sales and marketing strategy and budget, so as to achieve sales target, meet customer satisfaction and increase market share.
Build and maintain close relationship with AD/AR through reliable support and problem-solving assistance
Set up control and reporting systems in sales team, set performance objectives, provide feedback, monitor performance, recommend
Allocate responsibilities, provide daily coaching, guidance and feedback, motivate, discipline and reward
Fulfill other relative tasks assigned by manger in accordance with business needs.
Design and plan sales activities in accordance with business strategy and budget
Explore business opportunities for operators and extend product coverage in target cities.
Requirements
University degree
6+ year sales experience in FMCG or Telecom. Working in MNC preferred.
Strong understanding of Telecom Industry in China
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
