Report to: Key Account Director,
The Role
To build relationship, keep smooth and effective communication with key telecom operator, and well manage the customer projects (e.g. new product spec & short list, customized terminal central purchase management, etc), within Company strategy and allocated resources, so as to meet account overall objectives.
Contribute to annual planning process by providing accurate market intelligence.
Initiate contact, socialize with & influence customer, lead customer thinking for new products, build trust to sustain customer relations through reliable support services and effective problem solving
Introduce company and products to existing and potential customers, influence customer thinking, prepare and present proposals
Implement service according to agreement accurately, timely and within budget in terms of customization and co-marketing activities.
Follow-up on all activities closely and resolve problems
Fulfill other relative tasks assigned by manger in accordance with business needs.
Requirements:
Degree in Sales/Marketing, customer project management, or Business Administration
3-5 year sales & marketing in China Telecom market, project management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge and network in the China Telecom market
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
